Courier / Non-DOT-2 Driver

Position Overview

This role involves operating company vehicles to provide efficient and courteous delivery and pickup of packages. Responsibilities include verifying shipments adhere to FedEx service standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires driving vehicles exempt from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391 and performing additional assigned duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.
• No previous experience is necessary for this role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavier packages using proper tools or assistance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic authorities, and respond to official inquiries in line with FMCSA guidelines.
• Must hold a valid license for the assigned vehicle type.

Working Conditions
