About the Role
The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions at the sales counter, providing detailed product information, and efficiently completing sales transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their needs accurately.
- Provide comprehensive details about products, pricing, and available offers.
- Manage billing processes, including cash and card payments along with invoice generation.
- Keep the product displays organized and appealing at the counter or showroom.
- Track stock inventory and coordinate timely replenishments.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost sales.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare daily sales reports to track performance.
- Adhere to company sales policies and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in counter sales is preferred.
- Strong customer handling and communication abilities.
- Basic communication skills sufficient to interact clearly with customers.
Required Skills

Additional Information
Location: 32/7D, South Sivan Koil Street, Gangai Amman Colony, Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Working Hours: Day shift, full-time position at the store counter.
Salary Details: Fixed monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000 plus an additional incentive of ₹2,000.
