Cost Controller (w/m/d)

Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Cost Controller (m/f/d) to join our team supporting renowned clients throughout Germany. This role demands responsibility for managing budgets, monitoring costs, and forecasting within the scope of turnaround projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and forecasting activities related to turnaround projects.
• Maintain and reconcile financial and project data using SAP and Ecosys systems.
• Generate accruals and ensure the timely processing of service entries, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Manage scope changes and assist change management in close coordination with project stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks related to external and temporary staff including time tracking, managing IT access, and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and financial project closure while complying with internal and legal regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, preferably focused on controlling, finance, or project management.
• Experience in cost controlling and project administrative processes, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in SAP with preferred experience in Ecosys or similar project management and planning software.
• Structured, meticulous, and responsible work ethics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork.
• Good command of both German and English, written and spoken.
