Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role demands a minimum of 8 years of expertise specifically in the catering industry, focusing on cost management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Manage comprehensive food and recipe costing, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Conduct thorough wastage evaluation and monitor food cost percentages along with material consumption and purchase price variances.
• Analyze production costs to optimize expenditure and improve profitability.
• Prepare precise monthly cost and management reports for stakeholder review.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years involved in cost control roles within the catering sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in UAE or industrial catering operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP software, especially ODOO.
• Excellent analytical abilities complemented by strong communication skills.
