This role centers around delivering outstanding customer service while managing the efficient flow of cosmetics merchandise from stock rooms to the sales floor. The associate plays a critical role in minimizing losses by closely monitoring product security and maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Support customers by recommending products, helping locate items, and assisting with purchasing choices.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales area through restocking, rotating products, removing expired or damaged goods, creating and managing attractive product displays, and ensuring accurate signage and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by safeguarding merchandise, managing claims and returns suitably, identifying items susceptible to shrinkage, and preserving a safe working environment.
• Receive and stock new shipments effectively, properly handling equipment and completing all necessary documentation and logging processes.
• Refer service or transaction requests to the Customer Service Manager as appropriate.
• Enhance customer awareness of cosmetics services and provide helpful guidance and direction within the category.
• Carry out merchandising tasks such as picking and downstocking items, applying product protection measures, setting up modular displays including flex modulars, and installing new shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
