Role Overview
This position involves complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, offering extensive influence and creative freedom. You will actively shape how our recruiting organization collaborates and evolves.
Working within an international team, you will engage closely with various European markets and business units, gaining strategic insights, diverse challenges, and opportunities to generate tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for diverse corporate functions across multiple European sites.
- Proactively develop robust talent pipelines using sourcing and innovative approaches.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for hiring managers, providing consultation, conducting interview training, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Leverage data-driven methods to question existing practices and continuously advance recruitment strategies, processes, and culture.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools in recruitment by testing new technologies, optimizing workflows, and contributing ideas to elevate the team’s effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of in-house recruitment experience focusing strongly on corporate/office roles within international environments.
- Confident collaboration with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions while operating with high autonomy.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday), plus keen interest in AI and recruitment tech innovations.
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions and consistently delivering quality hires in demanding markets.
- Fluent in both English and German at a professional working level.
