TNSIF works in close collaboration with corporate, governmental, and ecosystem entities to scale efforts benefiting women and underserved groups.

Role Overview

The Corporate Linkage Expert position is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for forging and nurturing strategic alliances with corporate partners. The objective is to facilitate employment, training, and market linkage opportunities for the foundation's program participants. This role involves identifying potential corporate collaborators, advocating TNSIF's programs, negotiating partnership agreements, and coordinating engagement activities such as job drives, industry exposure, and training programs. The role includes working closely with internal teams to align corporate opportunities with participant profiles and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective corporate partners aligned to program goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Organize and manage corporate engagements including employment drives and training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal program teams to tailor corporate opportunities to participant skills and career objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness through stakeholder feedback and performance data.
• Prepare detailed reports to inform continuous improvement and measure social impact.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market trends, employment landscapes, and partnership possibilities.
• Understanding of financial principles including corporate budgeting, partnership structures, and program costing.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and drafting reports.
• Customer service aptitude to foster strong corporate relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating training programs focused on employability, soft skills, or industry preparedness.
• Background in corporate partnerships, business development, placement services, or CSR roles preferred.
• Knowledge of youth employability, women’s empowerment, or development sector programs is advantageous.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Capability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders with dedication to inclusion and impact.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital communication platforms; familiarity with local Telangana languages is a plus.
