Job Overview
We are looking for an Associate Director within our Employee Relations (ER) team, reporting to the Director of Employee Relations in EY India. This role is located in Mumbai, with options in Gurugram and Bangalore, within our Talent Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee employee relations cases to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Work closely with Service Line HR business partners on various ER initiatives and projects.
- Perform comprehensive investigations into employee grievances and issues.
- Draft thorough reports and documentation related to investigations and case progress.
- Facilitate conflict resolution processes between employees and management.
- Support development and roll-out of ER policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all ER-related cases and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent investigative and analytical abilities.
- Strong skills in report writing and maintaining documentation.
- Comprehensive understanding of labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility: Applicants should hold any graduate degree.
Organizational Structure
This role reports directly to the Employee Relations Service Line Leads and does not oversee any subordinates.
