Corporate Communications Manager

About the Role

We are collaborating with a respected Abu Dhabi-based group to recruit a Corporate Communications Manager. This role offers a distinguished communications expert the chance to influence messaging for a varied portfolio of businesses and stakeholders in a prominent corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and implementing corporate communications strategies.
• Oversee both internal and external communication initiatives throughout the company.
• Prepare and edit press releases, executive communications, speeches, presentations, and official corporate messages.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the coherence and impact of all communications.
• Contribute to media engagement efforts and reputation management programs.
• Create compelling internal communication campaigns to boost employee involvement and alignment with corporate goals.
• Evaluate communication outcomes and suggest improvements for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 6 to 8 years of expertise in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Preferably experienced in professional services, corporate advisory, consultancy firms, or communication agencies.
• Demonstrated skills in managing both internal and external communication efforts.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in English with superior communication capabilities; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate and work full-time onsite in Abu Dhabi.
