Corporate Banking Specialist

About the Role

This role requires extensive expertise with 7 to 10 years of experience focused on corporate banking activities, especially in international banking and trade finance within the China and South Korea markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities related to international banking, trade finance, and foreign direct investment (FDI) across Chinese and South Korean markets.
• Evaluate markets, target client segments, and key growth corridors and develop comprehensive business cases accordingly.
• Support the design and enhancement of coverage models, operating structures, resource allocation plans, and governance frameworks.
• Specify detailed business requirements for Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Cash Management, and connectivity platforms.
• Perform gap analysis on products and platforms to aid ongoing transformation and improvement programs.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Operations, Technology teams, and international counterparts to ensure seamless coordination.
• Lead efforts in gathering requirements, organizing workshops, documenting processes, and monitoring implementation progress.
• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management reports to monitor geographical expansion and business growth metrics.
