Copywriter

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Copywriter to craft engaging content across various brand channels including landing pages, advertisements, emails, social media, and longer editorial pieces. The position involves taking creative briefs and delivering copy that resonates with the audience, conveys the intended message clearly, and drives action.

Key Responsibilities

• Create written content for multiple formats such as web pages, emails, ads, social media posts, scripts, and long-form articles.
• Develop messaging frameworks that align with products, marketing campaigns, and new launches.
• Review and polish copy produced by other team members to ensure consistency with brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing professionals, and product managers to understand and execute briefs effectively.
• Use performance data to test and refine copy for improved engagement.
• Maintain and enforce brand voice guidelines and onboard freelance writers as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of professional writing experience serving B2B, B2C, or agency clients.
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility across different formats and target audiences.
• Strong editing capabilities with attention to detail both for one’s own work and others'.
• Experience working with brand voices and translating strategy into clear, impactful copy.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content performance metrics is advantageous.
• Receptiveness to constructive feedback and ability to iterate rapidly.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary reflective of experience, skills, and location, with an indicative range between $55,000 and $90,000 USD equivalent. Additional benefits include a performance-based bonus structure, an annual stipend for learning and development, health and wellness benefits (which vary by location), and the opportunity to engage in impactful, large-scale projects. The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours.
