Job Overview

The Cook role involves preparing and cooking meals under the supervision of the Executive Chef, ensuring culinary standards and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Adhere consistently to food handling, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage food waste effectively to minimize loss.
• Execute tasks promptly and safely to provide quick client service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in preparation and storage areas.
• Document quantities of ingredients used and assist in ordering food and supplies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation of perishable items.
• Comply fully with all health and safety policies and requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Completion of high school diploma.
• Graduated from a culinary school.
• Between three to five years of relevant experience, thriving in a collaborative team setting.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.60 to $29.25. Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions.
