Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals, focusing on traditional Canadian cuisine.
• Manage purchasing and inventory of food preparation products.
• Perform various food preparation tasks while maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.
• Ensure compliance with internal food preparation standards and safe handling of products and equipment.

Qualifications and Attributes

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar cooking role.
• Ability to work independently taking initiative and showing resourcefulness.
• Work efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining enjoyment in tasks.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation, positive attitude, sense of responsibility, reliability, and flexibility.
• Food safety training and culinary arts college degree are advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for learning and fostering a fun work environment.
