Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily Stationstore operations including hiring, supervising, and managing staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high service standards to deliver prompt and friendly customer experiences.
• Execute the company's high-standard food program and uphold safety and security policies.
• Exhibit leadership qualities through delegating, motivating, training, and managing employees effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability to lead and manage employee teams, including recruitment and interviewing.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cash handling and basic bookkeeping.
• Retail and supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Comfort with food handling procedures.
• High school diploma or college degree advantageous.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds repeatedly and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force in push/pull motions.
• Must be able to bend, twist at the waist, perform hand coordination tasks, and possibly climb ladders for materials handling.
