Job Overview

This position requires preparing and cooking full meals or individual food items while ensuring high standards of kitchen cleanliness and operation. The role is based physically at the workplace with no remote working option.

Key Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas for safety and hygiene.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene practices.
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment necessary for operations.
• Oversee kitchen staff and helpers during shifts.
• Maintain and update inventory records for food, supplies, and kitchen tools.
• Clean kitchen and food preparation workspaces thoroughly.
• Manage overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is necessary for communication.
• Completed secondary school or high school certificate.
• Between one and two years of relevant experience in food preparation or cooking.
• Physical presence at the workplace is mandatory; no remote work allowed.
