A premier global marketing and communications agency seeks a commercially driven and seasoned CRO Manager to bolster their dynamic digital team. This full-time role involves managing conversion rate optimisation across digital platforms for two prominent global consumer brands, focusing on achieving tangible revenue uplift by leveraging data-driven experimentation and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and spearhead a comprehensive CRO roadmap tailored to the client’s digital channels, aligning with product timelines, business objectives, and key performance indicators.
- Plan, conduct, and interpret A/B and multivariate testing, employing qualitative and quantitative research tools, including heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data analysis, to identify and resolve conversion blockers.
- Analyze customer journeys thoroughly across products, baskets, carts, and checkout sequences, offering optimisation strategies for mobile, desktop, product detail (PDP), product list (PLP), and promotional landing pages.
- Create and present detailed monthly performance reports for brands such as Samsung and KitchenAid, ensuring statistical accuracy and clear business impact storytelling.
- Collaborate seamlessly with UX, Design, Analytics, Digital Production, Web Operations, and Account Service teams to implement insights and manage iterative feedback through sprint cycles.
- Supervise quality assurance of user experience updates before launch, enforcing rigorous governance related to tracking, tagging, and measurement standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in CRO, UX optimisation or experimentation, preferably within agency or eCommerce sectors.
- Proficient with A/B testing and analytics platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Contentsquare, Hotjar, or Adobe Target.
- Strong expertise in funnel analysis, behavioral data interpretation, and conversion data diagnostics.
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous testing initiatives in a fast-paced setting with excellent prioritisation and documentation skills.
