Role Overview

The Control & Reporting Manager will support business operations by managing key financial cycles including Inventory to Costing, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Procure to Pay. This role provides timely and precise management information, ensures strong internal controls, and works closely with leadership to identify risks and implement improvements in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect company assets through strong internal controls and robust financial systems.
  • Implement and oversee Procure to Pay (P2P), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory to Costing (I2C), and HR financial cycles, assisting the Controller with accounting support for business initiatives.
  • Monitor risks in P2P, FA, and I2C cycles, proposing and delivering practical mitigation solutions.
  • Manage reporting related to Accounts Payable, Inventory costing, and Fixed Assets.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with PepsiCo's internal control framework (GCS 4.0), collaborating with business and control owners on risk assessments and remediation efforts.
  • Support internal and external audits concerning costing, accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll functions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory, legal, taxation, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to management and finance planning functions.
  • Provide guidance on technical controls relevant to financial cycles.
  • Manage asset safeguarding, including maintaining current insurance policies.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding documentation and checklist compliance.
  • Support Supply Chain, Global Procurement, and other relevant business functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, preferably within FMCG reporting environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management.
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting standards including US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Professional finance degree such as CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
