Role Overview
We are seeking Contracts Administrators to join our project teams, with roles both offsite and onsite. Positions operate on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney, or can be performed remotely. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working within the wider Commercial team, these roles involve managing contract administration tasks. This includes overseeing head contract management, bill of quantities, and claims within projects. The projects cover large-scale FRP and underground tunnel infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Law, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is required.
- Relevant experience working as a Contracts Administrator with a Civil Contractor is essential.
- Experience with self-performing contractors on large-scale remote infrastructure projects is highly valued.
- Strong ability to comprehend, interpret, and administer contracts and subcontracts, handling both downstream and upstream contract processes.
- Good knowledge of cost control and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
