Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects across diverse business areas.
  • Conduct comprehensive process analyses employing techniques such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), DMAIC, and Kaizen.
  • Leverage data insights to identify improvement opportunities, elevate performance, and assist strategic decision-making.
  • Create KPIs, dashboards, and persuasive business cases to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to institutionalize lasting operational enhancements and best practices.
  • Develop and enhance KPIs and performance measurement systems; scrutinize operational and financial data to detect trends, measure improvements, and assess capacity and productivity.
  • Produce dashboards, analytical reports, business cases, and return on investment (ROI) calculations to aid leadership in prioritizing initiatives.
  • Carry out workflow, time-based, and process analyses to recommend optimization strategies and support planning efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related fields within manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Competency in process mapping, data analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Educational background in Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
