Content Writer/Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer/Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This full-time onsite role focuses on crafting diverse content aligned with company narratives, product campaigns, and community stories while leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and refine global communication materials and in-depth explanatory content.
• Create engaging content tied to company milestones and narratives highlighting Binance's key messages.
• Develop innovative narrative perspectives and story structures.
• Write and edit product and campaign content along with CRM lifecycle messaging within stipulated deadlines.
• Assist the team in expanding use of AI in content creation and operational tracking.
• Support storytelling efforts involving users, communities, KOLs, interviews, and video content.
• Facilitate content distribution and repurposing across multiple channels.
• Quickly draft, review, and proofread a variety of content formats including blogs, campaign material, and video scripts.
• Ensure uniformity and accuracy in tone and style consistent with editorial standards.
• Monitor content metrics such as traffic and engagement to enhance the team's performance evaluation framework.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent or native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and detail orientation skills.
• Proven editorial and content expertise across various formats, including agency, publication, in-house, or newsroom settings.
• Adaptability in writing styles covering long-form, promotional, and human-interest storytelling.
• Strong enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial technology sectors.
• Familiarity and proficiency with AI-based writing and research tools and awareness of evolving AI trends, with ideas for practical application in content processes.
• Comfortable analyzing engagement and traffic data to make informed content decisions.
• Self-driven, dependable contributor capable of independently managing work with shifting priorities.
• Adept at multitasking, managing tight deadlines, including same-day turnarounds.
• Excellent communication skills suited for a primarily asynchronous and distributed team environment.
