Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, imaginative, and dedicated professional to join our Content team full-time. This position primarily focuses on implementing content strategies by crafting engaging and precise text for our websites, detailing a wide range of products and services. Additionally, the role involves producing tailored customer catalogues and various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and update company websites and customer portals, ensuring all new product listings and removals are accurate and current, including product specifications and images.
• Create clear, concise, and persuasive product and service descriptions that adhere to the company's style guidelines and aim to enhance sales.
• Contribute actively to the content calendar by researching relevant industry topics and recommending content ideas related to events and trends.
• Write insightful blog posts and articles that educate and engage diverse audiences.
• Produce customer-specific texts, catalogues, and marketing collateral within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to develop website banners, social media visuals, and promotional materials.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality and consistency, providing feedback for necessary changes.
• Compile and upload reports for content analysis purposes.
• Ensure all content complies with established guidelines regarding tone, voice, and style.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in a comparable content writing role is mandatory.
• Fluent command of English with meticulous attention to grammar and detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress, Magento, and Product Information Management (PIM) tools is beneficial.
• Expertise in writing about technical subjects tailored to audiences with varying technical knowledge levels.
• Independent work capability combined with effective teamwork skills, sharing responsibilities collaboratively.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related applications is advantageous.
