Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee our financial news ecosystem, serving as editorial leaders who swiftly address market trends and produce impactful investment insights.
• Utilize Generative AI and innovative sourcing methods to broaden content coverage, accelerate production, and maintain a competitive edge in content freshness.
• Work closely with Product and Algorithm teams to enhance recommendation algorithms, improve user engagement pathways, and boost metrics such as user interaction and conversion rates.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support business needs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial content operations, editorial roles, or news curation, with substantial expertise in Hong Kong and US equity markets.
• Proven ability to transform content workflows into product features and use data-driven approaches to shape algorithms and product functionalities.
• A global perspective, with understanding of international audience behavior and preferences.
• Highly self-motivated, inventive, and adaptable; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible hours to accommodate global market times.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a valued advantage.
