Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the financial news platform, taking editorial leadership to quickly address market trends and provide impactful investment insights.
• Utilize Generative AI and diverse sourcing methods to broaden content coverage, accelerate production pace, and maintain cutting-edge content quality.
• Partner with Product and Algorithm teams to enhance recommendation systems, improve user engagement funnels, and boost vital metrics including user interaction and conversion rates.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience in financial content operations, editorial work, or news curation, with solid understanding of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
• Proven background in developing content workflows as products and employing data analytics to influence algorithms and product enhancements.
• Possess a global perspective, knowledgeable about international consumption habits.
• Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments with willingness to work flexible hours aligned with global market timings.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English; good skills in spoken and written Chinese are advantageous.
