Content Moderator - Trust & Safety

Position Overview

We are seeking diligent Content Moderators to be part of our Trust & Safety team based in Mumbai. This role involves closely reviewing and managing user-generated or AI-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and community standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate images, videos, audio, and textual content submitted by users or generated via AI for compliance with platform policies.
• Detect material that breaches established guidelines and take moderation action accordingly.
• Apply defined procedures and standard operating protocols consistently in content review tasks.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency when assessing content.
• Refer complicated or sensitive cases promptly to relevant departments for further handling.
• Achieve and uphold targeted quality, productivity, and turnaround time metrics.
• Continuously update knowledge regarding evolving content policies and moderation techniques.
• Exercise professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive content.

Preferred Attributes

• Candidates ready to join immediately or at the earliest will be preferred.
• Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety functions is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Work shift involves 24x7 rotational scheduling.
• Education requirement is a graduate degree.
• Experience range from freshers up to 12 months is acceptable.
