My Work Media is seeking a skilled and seasoned Content Writer with over 2 years of professional experience to join their team in the Delhi-NCR region. This full-time role requires creating compelling and high-quality written material tailored to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content including reel scripts, video scripts, captions, posts, and innovative content ideas.
• Conduct thorough research on various topics, industry trends, competitors, and social media dynamics to inform content creation.
• Craft captivating hooks and storytelling narratives that captivate and maintain audience interest.
• Align content with the client’s brand voice, target demographics, and business objectives to ensure relevance and impact.
• Create diverse content forms: informative, educational, promotional, and business-centered messaging.
• Translate complex information into simple and relatable formats to enhance viewer understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, graphic designers, and video editors to produce cohesive multimedia campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely content delivery without compromising quality.
• Proofread and revise content iteratively based on feedback to optimize clarity and appeal.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content writing.
• Exceptional proficiency in both Hindi and English writing.
• Strong abilities in research-based content development and narrative storytelling.
• Competence in creating engaging scripts specifically for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube.
• Excellent command of grammar, sentence structure, and editing techniques.
• Creative mindset with a talent for generating fresh and original content ideas.
• Adaptability to write across varied niche subjects and maintain multiple brand voices.
• An understanding of current social media trends is advantageous.
• Prior work exposure at Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing agencies will be considered a strong plus.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in sectors including business, finance, marketing, real estate, personal branding, healthcare, education, astrology/wellness, or professional services is highly valued.
