Content Moderator

Role Overview

Noble Horizon is seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join their operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position ensures that all advertisements and listings on the platform comply with established posting standards to maintain a safe, reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully review and approve user-submitted advertisements based on Noble Horizon's posting guidelines.
• Manage advertisement and subscription requests by verifying payments and ensuring compliance prior to publication.
• Detect and report fraudulent, deceptive, or scam advertisements to uphold platform integrity.
• Confirm that listings meet quality standards both in content and accompanying images.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with users about the status of their ads, including approvals, rejections, or requests for clarification.
• Keep thorough records and documentation of moderation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and customer support to swiftly resolve issues related to advertisements.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing moderation patterns, frequent violations, and instances of fraud.
• Offer suggestions to enhance moderation procedures and reinforce user protection.

Qualification Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Possess at least two years' experience in advertisement moderation, customer operations, or platform support roles.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and familiar with digital publishing tools.
