Job Overview

The Content Moderation Advisor is primarily responsible for ensuring online content is classified correctly and free from illegal materials, aligning with client requirements and Concentrix's company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate online content following established policies and procedures.
• Review reported accounts containing sensitive material to ensure policy compliance.
• Assess images, videos, accounts, and text content daily, including handling explicit or sensitive materials according to regulatory guidelines.
• Escalate any client policy violations through internal tools as necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of quality for every case processed.
• Meet monthly KPIs such as productivity within daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any suitable discipline.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions

• Work conducted onsite at the office.
