Role Overview
Join an innovative team focused on empowering individuals through meditation and self-improvement materials. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing content strategies across multiple platforms for a top meditation and wellness digital brand targeting audiences in the United States. This is a remote, full-time contract role that involves close collaboration with company founders to enhance creative direction and accelerate community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive content plans for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and others.
- Lead the creation and management of video concepts, short videos (Reels), carousel posts, and campaign launches.
- Perform in-depth trend analysis and competitor research to guide content decisions.
- Design and optimize content funnels aimed at boosting user engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and evaluate content performance data, experiment with new formats, and scale effective strategies.
- Work alongside stakeholders to ensure content consistency with brand identity and audience expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing, social media management, and strategic content planning.
- Strong expertise in YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content best practices.
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, complemented by solid visual discernment.
- Genuine interest or relevant knowledge in meditation, spirituality, wellness, self-development, astrology, chakras, or esoteric subjects.
- Experience with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a dynamic, remote work environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements.
- Availability for a sustained, full-time contractual engagement.
