Role Overview

This full-time, onsite position based in Kozhikode calls for a Content Manager cum Video Editor responsible for strategizing and managing digital content. The role requires producing posts, articles, and visual stories to highlight projects and services across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars for digital platforms.
• Create and organize content for websites and social media presence.
• Develop storyboards, coordinate shooting (if necessary), and perform all stages of video production including editing and graphic addition.
• Optimize videos for publishing across multiple platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with design, project, marketing, and content teams to gather relevant information and generate innovative content ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency and tailor content for various target audiences.
• Track audience engagement metrics and support marketing campaigns with multimedia content.
• Manage and organize video footage and final video files efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in content management and planning for digital media.
• Proficiency in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools to create polished and engaging videos.
• Strong written communication skills for producing clear, concise, and brand-coherent copy.
• Basic graphic design and visual storytelling abilities to create thumbnails, creatives, and add video graphics.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, engagement metrics, and content optimization techniques.
• Attention to detail, effective time management, and capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and adapt feedback constructively.
• Relevant educational background or practical experience in communications, media, design, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Competence in video shooting, lighting, and setup using mobile or camera equipment.
