About the Role
EGC Properties is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to become a vital part of their expanding team. This full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offers an exciting opportunity within the real estate sector. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and be ready to join promptly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce captivating videos and social media content including Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, and other platform-specific formats.
- Shoot and edit property-related videos such as walkthroughs and promotional materials.
- Conceive original content concepts, scripts, and engaging captions for diverse social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Provide coverage for property launches, events, roadshows, and other company activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and formats in social media Reels to maintain content relevancy.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to develop content that generates leads.
- Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost audience engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years' experience in content creation, videography, social media, or related fields.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram Reels and TikTok platforms and their content styles.
- Competent video shooting and editing capabilities.
- Proficiency in software tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing and design applications.
- A creative approach with a solid grasp of visual storytelling techniques.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience generating content relevant to the real estate industry is desirable.
- Flexible to travel to various property locations for media shoots.
- Submission of a portfolio or samples of previous work is mandatory.
