About the Role
Zayma India is seeking a dynamic and inventive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to craft compelling content and actively represent the brand's identity. This role involves embracing the latest trends to engage audiences across social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop captivating, relatable, and trend-aligned content.
- Strategize and produce various content formats including Reels, Stories, Posts, and campaigns.
- Monitor and adapt to emerging Instagram and social media trends continuously.
- Invent new and imaginative content ideas.
- Present confidently on camera and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Oversee daily social media operations and engagements.
- Evaluate content performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates.
- Strong creative mindset and capabilities in content creation.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Comfortable and self-assured in front of a camera.
- Sound knowledge of Instagram features and prevailing trends.
- Interest in fashion and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
