About the Role

EGC Properties L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and inventive Content Creator to join their expanding team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ready to start immediately within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce captivating Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, promotional videos, and other social media materials.
• Conduct video capture and editing of properties, walk-throughs, and promotional presentations.
• Generate innovative content ideas including scripts and captions for multiple platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Document property launches, corporate events, roadshows, and company activities.
• Keep abreast of current social media trends and new formats for Reels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create content that drives lead generation.
• Analyze content engagement and propose enhancements to optimize impact.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in content creation, videography, social media management, or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok platforms.
• Good skills in video filming and editing.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• A creative mindset complemented by solid visual storytelling abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience producing real estate related content is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to various property sites for video shoots.
• A portfolio or work samples must be provided.
