Property Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi to join our team full-time, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
• Provide clients with insights on property values, trends, and investment opportunities in the market.
• Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to reach agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date property listings and client information using CRM software.
• Keep abreast of current market conditions and relevant real estate regulations in Abu Dhabi.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Strong familiarity with the Abu Dhabi property market is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A sales-driven and business development-oriented approach.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, goal-focused, and disciplined in work habits.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred but not essential.
