Content Associate

Role Overview

Moom Health is seeking a proactive Content Associate based in Singapore responsible for generating engaging short-form digital content. This position centers on the entire content lifecycle — from ideation through to filming, editing, and publication across Moom's owned social media platforms. The candidate will capture footage on location in varying environments and is expected to produce content rapidly and consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceive and produce innovative, social media-first content specifically tailored for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Keep abreast of current internet trends, popular formats, audio elements, and cultural nuances, leveraging them to create authentic content in line with Moom's brand voice.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process including scripting, filming, editing, and timely delivery.
• Develop diverse content types including educational clips, entertaining reels, user-generated content styles, trend-inspired videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Collaborate effectively with influencers, key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams within Moom to bring creative ideas to fruition.
• Participate in company events, product activations, and launches to produce live content; flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend work.
• Track content performance metrics and apply insights to enhance future creative output.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in content production or social media roles.
• Demonstrates strong intuition and familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels formats.
• Comfortable filming in public areas and capable of independently directing straightforward shoots.
• Skilled at swift video editing utilizing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in photography is advantageous.
• Experience crafting content linked to community or wellness brands is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for wellness culture, community engagement, and promoting modern Asian women's health.
