Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all customers with politeness and friendliness.
• Support shoppers by highlighting products and services, helping locate items, and aiding purchasing decisions.
• Address customer concerns effectively and escalate significant issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the salesfloor's visual appeal by restocking, rotating, removing expired or damaged products, arranging displays, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
• Handle claims, returns, secure goods, recognize high-theft items, and uphold safety procedures aligning with company policies.
• Receive merchandise deliveries, utilize equipment correctly, and complete related documentation and logs.
• Direct customers to the Customer Service Manager for specialized assistance or transactional matters.
• Manage stock by replenishing shelves, down-stocking if required, applying product protection, and setting up modular displays including flex modulars and adjusting shelf caps.

Compensation

The minimum hourly compensation starts at $16.50 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
