Overnight Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a structured cleaning and maintenance program aimed at ensuring a sanitary and safe shopping and working environment at Walmart Canada.

Key Duties

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to follow a thorough cleaning schedule.
• Adhere to all Food Safety protocols and cold chain regulations to maintain product safety.
• Carry out prompt cleaning activities across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist with routine inspection and maintenance of cleaning and maintenance tools to guarantee they are funtioning correctly and ensure inventory of supplies is adequate.
• Promote workplace safety by completing mandatory in-store certification programs and complying with company policies and procedures.
• Perform floor cleaning tasks as necessary using mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance in all non-customer sales areas.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.05.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
