- Extensive hands-on proficiency with the Microsoft C# development ecosystem on .NET platforms.
- Strong experience developing with Angular version 10 or higher, including JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Significant practical experience using either Flutter or React Native frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer interaction experience, ideally within consultancy environments encompassing both pre-sales and project execution phases.
- Solid background in software development best practices and modern architectural patterns.
- Proven leadership experience managing software development squads.
- Expertise setting up automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines, for example with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Track record advocating or supporting AI tool adoption such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code within commercial contexts.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with Python programming.
- Web development experience using React and similar frameworks.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with non-Microsoft technology stacks and frameworks.
