Job description
Job Overview
This position involves overseeing and managing daily construction operations to ensure the project adheres strictly to approved plans and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities happening on the construction site.
- Verify that all work complies with approved architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Liaise continuously with contractors, subcontractors, and other site supervisors to streamline project progress.
- Monitor the advancement of construction activities and report updates regularly to the Project Manager.
- Enforce quality control measures to maintain construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Efficiently manage the allocation and utilization of site materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with billing procedures and calculations relating to quantities.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive daily and progress reports, as well as necessary documentation.
- Implement safety protocols rigorously, ensuring all personnel use safety equipment correctly.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues encountered on-site.
- Coordinate with consultants and inspection authorities during site assessments.
- Ensure all work complies with local laws and statutory regulations.
