Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Dublin office, bringing expertise and leadership to our team.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
- Between two to five years of professional experience in project management roles.
- Preferably experienced within construction consultancy, client, or developer environments, though other relevant backgrounds will be considered.
- Exposure to projects in residential, hotel, commercial, or logistics sectors is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong skills in comprehensive reporting and analysis of construction schedules.
- Experience with contract administration is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computer tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and precision orientation.
- A motivated team player willing to put in dedicated effort to exceed expectations.
