Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role reports directly to the PMO Group Leader and requires managing subcontractors, task force operations, and overseeing man-hour productivity in EPC plant projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing LTC subcontractors and organizing Task Force operations efficiently.
- Monitoring man-hour usage and productivity, performing performance measurement and reporting.
- Maintaining strong communication and collaboration across functions with proficient business-level English.
- Utilizing advanced technical tools such as Excel, UPV, and Palantir for project execution and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of construction or field management experience specifically in plant EPC projects.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations effectively.
- Willingness to work at project sites overseas, particularly in the Middle East region.
