Role Overview
The Console Operator is tasked with delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store environment remains clean, well-stocked, and inviting for guests. This dynamic role involves multitasking and effective time management to keep up with fast-paced activities. The role also includes showcasing OTR’s multiple food offerings and serving premium barista coffee.

- Demonstrates dedication to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capable of standing for extensive periods and handling moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Availability for flexible scheduling including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
