About the Role
The Connections Services Coordinator at TasNetworks is tasked with delivering market services and managing customer connections in compliance with national regulations and standards. This permanent full-time role, based in Hobart, Tasmania, focuses on overseeing escalated connections and alterations, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and customer service expectations.
The incumbent will handle complex customer inquiries, balancing business objectives with client needs, while gaining an in-depth understanding of processes needed for compliance with the National Electricity Market (NEM), ISO9001 accreditation, and other statutory requirements. Effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent capabilities in prioritization, timely decision making, and stakeholder management. High-level customer service skills and strong communication abilities are pivotal. A foundational knowledge of the National Electricity Market is expected, or the willingness and aptitude to quickly develop understanding of TasNetworks' policies and procedures.
A Certificate III in Business Administration or an equivalent level of experience is required.
