Job Overview

This position involves managing software configuration and technological elements for projects executed for a client within the Wipro ecosystem. The role demands ensuring that software applications are configured accurately to meet client specifications and maintaining adherence to configuration standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration of software applications based on business needs provided by various functions, business units, or service lines.
• Gather configuration requirements, secure approvals from business stakeholders, and execute configuration activities within specified timeframes.
• Offer ongoing configuration assistance reflecting changes in business operations.
• Contribute to system analysis, design, software development, and testing phases.
• Help develop, apply, and test patch upgrades and system releases.
• Maintain organization and documentation of configuration archives consistently.
• Ensure full compliance with established configuration procedures and standards at all times.
• Modify existing configuration workflows to reflect client needs and document these changes comprehensively.
• Investigate and promptly resolve any configuration-related problems.
• Manage MIS reporting, back-end support, and prepare daily and monthly status reports aligned with client requirements.
• Achieve continuous integration and deployment with zero errors during onboarding and implementation along with schedule compliance.
• Maintain high quality standards, on-time delivery, and effectively troubleshoot client queries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Complete assigned professional certifications for skill enhancement.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Proven expertise in Coupa implementation is required, with total professional experience ranging from five to eight years.
