Job Overview

This position is dedicated to the configuration and upkeep of software and technological components for projects handled for the client. The role entails collaborating with various business units to gather, approve, and implement configuration requirements accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring applications to align with client specifications.
• Collect configuration needs from different functions, business units, and service lines, securing necessary approvals from business owners.
• Organize and complete configuration assignments within set deadlines.
• Support system configuration adjustments based on evolving business demands.
• Contribute to system analysis, design, development, and quality testing processes.
• Help develop, implement, and test software patch releases and system upgrades.
• Maintain and manage the configuration archive diligently.
• Ensure full compliance with established configuration standards and protocols.
• Modify and enhance existing configuration procedures as dictated by client requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and logs.
• Investigate and resolve configuration-related problems promptly.
• Manage MIS tasks, reporting, and provide backend support.
• Generate daily and monthly status reports on specific configuration parameters for clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and reporting in line with client expectations related to configuration norms.
• Address any requested modifications or changes swiftly, ensuring minimal issue resolution time.
