Concierge/Supervisor

Position Overview

The Luxury Collection invites applications for the role of Concierge/Supervisor located in Singapore at 80 Middle Road. This full-time, non-management position focuses on delivering impeccable guest services by managing special requests, facilitating guest communications, and supporting the overall guest experience within the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests involving special arrangements such as transportation, dining reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating with appropriate providers or departments.
• Address unique guest needs and ensure follow-up to confirm satisfaction with services provided.
• Provide guests with informative insights about the property facilities and local attractions, including upcoming events and activities.
• Handle incoming guest communications including calls, messages, queries, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with departments like Bell Services and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues and fulfill requests.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and communicate relevant information through daily memos.
• Monitor the club lounge area ensuring guest comfort, proper seating arrangements, safety, and well-being.
• Report safety incidents and complete all requisite safety trainings and certifications.
• Adhere rigorously to company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and safeguard company assets.
• Offer warm welcomes and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and cater to guests’ service requirements, including assisting guests with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written formats; utilize proper telephone etiquette.
• Foster positive teamwork, support collective goals, and respond constructively to colleague concerns.
• Meet quality assurance standards consistently and perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• No previous related or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
