Position Overview

We are actively seeking a Concierge to join our professional team. This role is vital in shaping an outstanding guest experience by providing exceptional service and support during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Address daily guest requests and needs promptly and courteously
• Manage guests' luggage with care and attention
• Offer comprehensive information regarding local amenities, attractions, and points of interest
• Handle general maintenance concerns as they arise
• Assist with front office tasks when required

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a full clean driver's license is mandatory
• Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with guests
• Excellent customer service skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Familiarity with local area knowledge
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience or knowledge of Opera hotel management system is considered an advantage
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
