About the Role

At Fota Island Resort, our teams in kitchens, dining areas, event venues, and offices strive to deliver exceptional quality, service, and in-depth knowledge of food and wine. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Bar Tenders to become valuable members of our Food and Beverage department.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with alcohol service laws.
• Prior experience in a similar bar tender position is essential.
• Proficient cocktail preparation and comprehensive drink service knowledge.
• Understanding of wine types and wine service.
• Excellent skills in delivering beverage service to guests.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary.
• Having personal transport is advantageous.
