Overview
Based in Abu Dhabi, this full-time live-out role offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 all-inclusive. The position demands approximately 9 working hours daily with 2 days off weekly, including opportunities for international travel. Candidates with membership in Les Clefs d'Or hold a significant advantage. The Concierge Assistant will directly report to the Chief Concierge or Director of Private Affairs and will provide confidential, tailored travel and lifestyle assistance to VVIP clients and senior stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute custom international travel plans, utilizing private aviation, yachts, luxury hotels, and other premium accommodations.
- Manage visa processing, security clearances, expedited airport services, and ground transfer logistics.
- Monitor travel itineraries in real-time, handling changes and disruptions proactively.
- Acquire privileged access to exclusive dining, events, cultural venues, and private establishments.
- Create personalized lifestyle experiences that reflect client preferences.
- Oversee bookings, special requests, gifts, and last-minute arrangements both locally and worldwide.
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles detailing preferences and requirements.
- Serve as a reliable coordinator and gatekeeper between VIP clients and external suppliers.
- Develop and sustain a global network of luxury hotels, restaurants, travel providers, and lifestyle contacts.
- Discover and source unique experiences such as private estates and invite-only events.
- Conduct research on luxury travel trends, destinations, gifts, and elite service vendors.
- Supervise vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure confidentiality and quality standards.
- Address travel emergencies and high-stakes situations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with security personnel and government agencies as necessary.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, expenses, and documentation related to travel services.
- Prepare detailed travel briefs, itineraries, and professional presentations leveraging MS Office, PowerPoint, and AI-based presentation tools.
- Remain adaptable to work across multiple time zones and provide on-call support when required.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience within 5-star luxury hotels, elite concierge services, family or private offices, or comparable high-end sectors.
- Demonstrated experience assisting VVIP or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals.
- Possesses a well-established network in luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.
- In-depth knowledge of international luxury travel and lifestyle offerings.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and solving complex issues effectively.
- Experience handling high-security travel protocols is a plus.
- Membership in Les Clefs d'Or is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- Exhibits discretion, professionalism, proactive attitude, and excellent client service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced VVIP settings.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Ability to obtain a Schengen visa is desirable.
