Role Summary

The Concierge Agent operates within the Rooms Department and plays a vital role in ensuring personalized, proactive, and professional services to guests. Responsibilities include managing guest requests, arranging transportation and reservations, and providing expert local insights. The Concierge Agent acts as a key hotel ambassador, guaranteeing memorable experiences while maintaining records and coordinating with other departments to meet Mandarin Oriental's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to Mandarin Oriental's policies on safety, sustainability, and social media use, including personal responsibility for content published.
• Support a harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace respecting diversity across gender, disability, race, religion, and other characteristics.
• Perform additional operational tasks as requested by management to support hotel functions.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand and anticipate their unique preferences and needs, creating memorable experiences.
• Represent the hotel at all times as an ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality.
• Be fully familiar with fire safety and evacuation protocols relevant to the Concierge Desk.
• Maintain detailed logbooks for shift handovers and keep accurate records of guest transportation arrangements, sharing this information with butlers.
