Role Summary

The CNC Machinist position, based on-site in Dhahran, demands full-time commitment to setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery for creating precision parts that align with engineering requirements and strict quality standards. Daily duties involve analyzing technical drawings and work orders, choosing and installing the correct tooling, fine-tuning machines, and performing routine inspections to ensure safe, efficient functioning. The role also includes examining finished components for accuracy, carefully recording production and quality data, and communicating issues to supervisors or engineers to aid ongoing improvements. Maintaining an orderly, clean workspace while adhering to safety, environmental, and company policies is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability in operating CNC machinery safely including set-up and adjustments.
• Strong machining and milling expertise for manufacturing exact metal components following specifications.
• Competence in quality control practices such as part inspections, usage of measurement instruments, and detailed documentation of results.
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical problems.
• Technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in machining or manufacturing disciplines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with excellent problem-solving skills and dedication to safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhahran, cooperate with diverse teams, and handle changing priorities in production.
